TreeRemovalBusiness.com is an online directory that lists tree service businesses and allows business owners to submit new listings, claim existing listings, and manage their listing information.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are submitting or claiming a listing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on that business's behalf.
When submitting or claiming a listing, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Any engagement between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business, and we are not a party to that relationship.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including listed businesses' own websites, that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
The Service's design, layout, and original content (excluding user-submitted listing content) are owned by WordOutMedia LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including removing a listing or account, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@mail.treeremovalbusiness.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
